Crab Cocktail
250grams of crab meat
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1tbsp lime juice
½ lollo lettuce
1 fennel bulb
1 peeled and diced avocado
1 lime cut into quarters
1 tbsp of cocktail sauce
pepper
Add the crab, the mayonnaise and the lime juice in a bowl. Season with pepper.
Cut the lettuce and the fennel in thin stripes. Serve this cocktail adding the lettuce to the bottom of glass cocktail bowls. Then, place the fennel, the avocado and the crab mixture. Add a the cocktail sauce on top and garnish with the lemon quarters.
