Delicious and simple tuna rice
2 cans of tuna fish
1 diced zucchini (small dices)
1 diced red pepper (small dices)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
100grams of rice
olive oil
chopped parsley
salt and pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Cook the rice in a big pan for 10 minutes. Rinse and mix with the chopped parsley.
Mix the tuna, the zucchini, the pepper and the Dijon mustard until it forms a rough paste.
In a mould add layers of rice and the paste alternately until no ingredient is left but making sure the last layer is rice, sprinkle with the parmesan and golden in the oven for 7 minutes (210ºc).
