Linguini with zucchini and asparagus
200 grams of linguini
1 medium zucchini thinly sliced
4 asparagus sliced
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 smashed garlic clove
½ sliced chilli pepper
grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Boil the pasta in a big pan until it’s “al dente”. Stir fry the sliced zucchinis, the asparagus, the garlic and the chilli in some olive oil for about 3 or 4 minutes. When the pasta is ready drain it and add it into the same pan. Add the stirred vegetables and the grated parmesan. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
