Smoked trout with avocado and nuts
200 grams of smoked trout fillets
2 tbsp of chopped dill
3 tbsp of crème fraiche
50grams of walnuts cut in halves
1 avocado
1 lemon cut into quarters
salt, pepper
lemon juice
cut the fillets in pieces. Mix the dill and the crème fraiche. Peel the avocado and cut into pieces similar to the trout. Mix the avocado and the trout, season with lemon, salt and ground pepper. Serve with the crème fraiche and dill dressing and the lemon quarters.
