Getting thinner: once and for all!
You’ve done all the famous diets, got thinner and got that weight back (and a bit more..) because you ate too much. Eating disorders and the inability to follow a diet program is connected to levels of anxiety you can’t always control.

However, when it goes over certain limits it can become a health problem and lead to serious disturbances. The only way to deal with it is to know what’s wrong with you? Find out what’s happening and where that anxiety comes from.
Do you often say things like this? “I start with a cookie but end up eating the hole package”, “I eat a lot even when I’m not hungry”. These are current sentences connected with extreme levels of anxiety. If you usually behave like this you should get some help or at least try to find out what’s wrong with you emotionally.
Why does this happen to you? Anxiety is a mental process which reflects physically an is attached to emotional and nutritional problems. That’s why when people feel very nervous they have a tendency to eat a lot, specially junk food.
You can eat chocolate.. This is the classical calming and happiness food. The relaxing substances along with the pleasure of eating chocolate make it a favourite of men and women. Beware, if you eat too much chocolate you’ll add calories to your body and you’ll feel to excited.
Try not to eat so many sweets…make an effort. After chocolate, it’s the second best thing to eat when you’re nervous or depressed. Fast digestion sugars have a quick action and relax people with anxiety. The problem is that people often get addicted and abuse of the amount of sweets, gaining a lot of weight and even more anxious.
