Lettuce

This ingredient is very rich in vitamins C,E,A ( crucial to eye and skin health) and B complex vitamins these ones help preventing digestion and nervous system problems. It’s also in the top list of ingredients that combat several types of cancer.
Brussels Sprout
Rich in Vitamins A and C, proteins, potassium and iron. Like the cauliflower it protects the bones, skin and against all sorts of cancers . Studies show that people who eat Brussels sprout on a semi-daily basis have much less chance to suffer from bladder cancer.
Watercress
This is one of the most nutritious vegetables with low amounts of calories, and high on vitamin A and C. It helps increasing the body’s resistance to infections. It’s also rich in Complex B vitamins which are a good source of energy and minerals like iron and calcium which are good combating mental exhaustion and induce production of red blood cells.
Spinach
This vegetable is high in antioxidants that prevent aging. People who eat spinach frequently have 48% less chances of sight degeneration!
