Light Sauces
Most dishes are nothing without a good sauce. However, we all know they’re very rich in fat. Here we have a good selection of sauces who will not weight on your conscience and on your scale!
Rosé
This one is perfect for salads. You can make it blending a non fat yoghurt with two tablespoons of tomato juice, just a bit of ketchup an some pepper. Delicious!
White Sauce
Blend 300ml of water with a tablespoon of non fat milk and a general slice of non fat cheese, seasoning with some pepper.
Roast Sauce
A great alternative to flavour a roast skinless roast chicken, this is a mixture of orange juice, onions, garlic, herbs and a bit of olive oil. Rub the chicken generously and it will be quite juicy!
Boiled vegetables Sauce
We all know that boiled vegetables are a bit dull but this sauce can make them pretty charming…
Blend 400ml of water, 2 tablespoons of non fat milk, 100 grams of cottage cheese, 100g of boiled broccoli and some pepper. Braise this in chopped onions and just a bit of olive oil !
