2 mangos
1 plain yoghurt
2 egg whites
2 tbsp powder gelatine , flavourless
1 tbsp cinnamon, powder
Dissolve the gelatine in 4 tbsp of hot water. Grind the mangos and add the yoghurt, the gelatine and the cinnamon. Stir very well. Whisk the egg whites until you have a firm foam and mix it with the previous preparation. Refrigerate before 2 hours before you serve.
