Move A Bit More
If you don’t have time to work out follow these small steps. It will be a great complement to your diet!
If you use the bus or subway get down one or two steps earlier and walk the rest of the way. If you’re driving leave the car further of your destination.
Get out of the computer every hour and stretch your arms and muscles, stroll around a bit and relax...
Use the stairs instead of the lift (at home and work!)
Always keep a big bottle of water at your desk and try to refill it at least twice a day!
Try not to sit in front of the TV after dinner. Why not enjoying some time playing with your kids before they go to bed?
