Ok, even if you’re not into diets do your math: if you stop eating bread and butter at breakfast for about two months you’ll save 6000 calories (which is almost one pound!). try to think like this before you eat those delicious candies; it really can make a difference when you try that cocktail dress.

2.burning your belly’s extra fat can make you look a lot better and more self confidant. Try to eat less sodas and gas drinks, beans, bread, sausages, cheese, red meat, ham, salami and avoid all fried food! Excess salt causes liquid retention, cellulite and is also a belly enemy!

3.it’s no use to work out if you want to burn all fat in just two months. You should try to lose weight following a specific program that allows you to tighten your muscles as well. 15 minutes of abdominals 3 times a week can flatten your belly a bit in about a month!

4.No carbohydrates at night! These are one of the main energy sources of our body, but at night your need for energy is very low so you should give preference to food rich in vitamins and minerals. Excess carbohydrates are converted into fat!

5.Enjoy cooking a meal and decorate your dishes! A beautiful and coloured meal can make you eat less and more carefully. A salad can look much more tasteful when well decorated!

To disguise the extra fats…

6. No-one should have to hide behind black clothes but it’s true that we should enhance what we have best! What can we do to disguise the extra pounds? We should show the thinner parts of our body. If you have beautiful ankles use skirts, if you have beautiful arms use tank tops but if your breasts are too large wear “v neck” shirts and sweaters it will surely slim your bust!

7. women with big and small breasts should both be aware with lingerie. A supportive bra can do wonders and give you a very nice silhouette. Your panties should also be chosen with good sense. If you have a big bottom don’t choose a g string, it could be a bit ridiculous, use high waist, wider panties that make you look slimmer.

8. adapt your haircut and your make-up to the format of your face. Highlight your forehead and your cheeks with nice make up. But remember excess and cheap make up can have a perverse effect on your face. The “clean” look is always the best.

9. put some high heels and you’ll feel better instantly. Even if it’s not a 10’ inch heel, your body will look slimmer and more elegant.

10. if you don’t have time to go to the beach, use a tanning lotion to get that golden look ( don’t exaggerate or you’ll look like a clown!). It will make you feel more confidant.
